My Story

I didn't stumble into this. I was built for it.

I come from a family of attorneys. I grew up watching the law used as a tool for people who needed it most — and I knew early on that was the work I wanted to do. What I didn't expect was how much my path before law school would shape the attorney I became.

I played college lacrosse at Bard College in New York, studied mathematics, spent six weeks on a language exchange program in St. Petersburg, Russia, and went on to earn a joint J.D.-M.A. from George Washington University Law School and the Elliott School of International Affairs. I've never taken the straight line anywhere — and I think that makes me a better lawyer.

Before joining Baggett Law, I spent years on the other side, defending Florida's largest corporations, insurance carriers, and healthcare providers against the exact types of claims I now bring on behalf of injured Floridians. I know how insurance companies think, how defense firms build their cases, and where they look for weaknesses. Now I use every bit of that knowledge against them.

What drives me

Integrity. Competitiveness. Empathy. Preparation. I believe every client deserves to be treated like family — heard, protected, and fought for. The law is a powerful tool, and I take seriously the responsibility that comes with wielding it on behalf of someone whose life has been turned upside down.

How I work

I take the time to understand exactly what happened to you, how it has affected your life, and what it is going to take to make you whole. You won't get passed off. You won't be kept in the dark. You'll have a real attorney who grew up around the law, competed at a high level, and spent years learning how the other side operates in your corner every step of the way.
